About the author
Erik Uebelacker is an elementary school student living in Maryland. He is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do who loves animals and spending time with his family and friends. Someday he hopes to become either an inventor, an archaeologist or a chef.
Erik was inspired to write Butterflies Shouldn’t Wear Shoes after a lesson about butterflies in his second grade science class.
